We can calibrate and return the vast majority of equipment to you typically within 5 working days of receiving your equipment. During this time, your device will be tested extensively by our qualified technicians and it will only be returned to you when we are completely satisfied that it is functioning correctly.
However, if you have a specific urgent requirement and subject to availability, we are able to provide a 24 hour turnaround for a surcharge of €20. JUST ASK! Our in-house Calibration Laboratory allows for full flexibility meaning that the turnaround time can often be less than 5 days especially if necessary.
In the rare event that we cannot calibrate or repair your equipment we will contact the relevant manufacturer on your behalf and arrange to get a quotation from them. You will be informed about this in advance and only with your approval will we proceed.
The price for our calibration service is very competitive. The price will depend on the complexity of the device and the intricacy of the procedure.
