We calibrate manometers, dial/digital gauges and other pressure equipment up to140BAR.
At Calibration Lab we understand the importance of precision and accuracy when it comes to our customer’s pressure equipment needs. Our pressure equipment calibration service is designed specifically to adhere to in-process safety, compliance and management efficiency.
We guarantee full traceability of all in-house calibration services to international standards and our technical staffs are available to discuss any particular requirements.
The efficient pressure calibration of today’s sophisticated measurement equipment is essential, which is important when complying with national and global standards and maintaining your competitive advantage.
WE PERFORM PRESSURE INSTRUMENT CALIBRATION ON THE FOLLOWING:
- Pressure Gauges
- Vacuum Gauges
- Digital Pressure Gauges (Kellers etc.)
- Digital Manometers
- Relief Valves
Pressure Gauges and Digital Pressure Gauges (including Kellers etc…):
Calibration Lab engineers are experts when it comes to calibrating both analogue and digital pressure gauges. We are committed to providing our customers with high quality pressure gauge calibration services that comply with international standards and in doing so help customers with their regulatory specifications.
Our team of engineers are able to test pressure gauge calibration up to 30,000 PSI. Like other calibration testing we use a known standard value/capacity to compare to the customer’s equipment during the whole process.
Our pressure gauge calibration service guarantees that your equipment meets all your engineering, quality control, safety, and inspection requirements while giving you the confidence that your instruments are providing accurate measurements. Our service is backed up with a certificate of calibration, which is available to all our customers for each individual instrument tested and is ISO 9001 compliant.
Unlike more traditional manometers today’s digital manometers are designed with a variety of absolute, vacuum and differential gauges and pressure sensors that also feature microprocessors, including outputs for process control and data transfer. This means digital manometers require regular calibration.
Calibration Lab offers a comprehensive and efficient pressure calibration service for digital manometers from a wide range of industries and applications, including engineering, research, transport, and manufacturing. Our efficient service covers a wide selection of equipment, instrument, model, and manufacturer and comes with our detailed certification of calibration.
We perform vacuum calibration to confirm the accuracy of your equipment vacuum pressure measurements. Regular calibration guarantees the efficiency of your instruments by comparing your equipment measurement readings against international standards and allowable tolerances.
Our vacuum calibration process is carried out utilising digitised pressure modules and negative pressure in order to perform an inspection of your equipment full capabilities while recording the results of vacuum calibration.
As part of the vacuum gauge calibration service we test for absolute pressure, atmospheric pressure and gauge pressure.
On completion of the vacuum gauge calibration our customers will receive a detailed and traceable certificate of calibration for each item serviced or tested, which informs you of the complete calibration results, and any adjustments or repairs that were carried out.
The importance of a calibrated relief valve can not be overstated. It is an essential safety precaution for any pressure system as it is responsible for safely discharging and regulating dangerous levels of pressure. Relief valves are relied upon to prevent catastrophic system failures and possible injury.
At Calibration Lab our skilled engineers utilise our testing units to provide efficient industry standard pressure testing including visual inspections towards re-calibration and re-certification of pressure relief valves. Our relief valve calibration service is inline with all recognised international standards and issued with traceable certification.
